Vintage cast iron police alarm sign / cover plate. I'm not sure what this is exactly but it's pretty cool. 12 1/2" across and weighs 6 lbs. I'm going to guess that it was a cover plate for a police emergency alarm button or switch mounted to a building or something. Or maybe it's something entirely different. It's very old and I tried to find some information about it online but found nothing similar. I would really appreciate any info on this. A must have for Police memorabilia collectors.
