Bobblehead condition:
I do my best to accurately describe the condition of everything I sell.  Unless otherwise noted, all bobbleheads are in a condition suitable for display. There may be minor manufacturing defects, like paint bleed or minor imperfections in the molding.  Any issues I’d consider as significantly affecting display (e.g., material chips, cracks, fractures)  will be pointed out in the listing.  ALL PHOTOS IN MY LISTINGS ARE OF THE ACTUAL ITEM YOU WILL RECEIVE! I do not use "stock" photos like other sellers. If there are more than one item quantity available, I will usually include photos of each one.  If you prefer a particular bobble I’ve photographed, please note that in your order and I’ll do my best to honor that request (due to sales, a specific bobblehead might no longer be available).  Please inspect photos carefully to make sure the condition is acceptable to you, as all pre-owned items are sold “as is.”  Items may be dabbed with invisible ink in an inconspicuous area to prevent fraud.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions or would like to see more pictures!
Shipping:
I strive to ship items within 24 hours of purchase to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible. I am a collector myself and know how to properly package bobbleheads and other memorabilia with care for safe transit, including bubble wrapping and shipment in a sturdy cardboard box.  I know shipping can be expensive, so I strive to provide as economical of shipping options as are available.  Local pickup is always available if you're in the Milwaukee area, just select that option during checkout or email me.  Items that ship priority include insurance, and you agree to cooperate in the rare instance something does get damaged by providing photos and/or proof of loss.  If an item is listed with free shipping, the offer applies to the continental U.S. only.  All others please contact me first.
New buyers:
Due to several unpaid item cases, anyone whose account is less than 6 months old or who has less than ten positive feedback ratings, please contact me before bidding so that I can verify you’re a real person and intend to carry through with the transaction.  I reserve the right to cancel your bid if you don’t.
Cancellations:
PayPal/eBay have a draconian policy where they will still charge a fee if a buyer cancels an order after they pay. I will generally honor cancellation requests made before you pay, but if you request to cancel an order after paying, I reserve the right to deny the request or to issue only a partial refund to cover the fee. Please make sure you want the item before you buy!
