These were purchased at a lost freight liquidation earlier this year, and they were received brand new in an unlabeled box.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  We do not have any specs for them, but they look and feel exactly like the handset cords on public pay phones.  Material is some kind of stainless, super flexible, and it attracts a strong magnet only slightly.  Inside diameter was determined with a piece of drill rod.  The largest size which will slide through easily from end to end is .186" / 4.73 MM.  Would be excellent for any handset or alarm cable application where you need to protect a few small AWG wires.
