Roxio Easy VHS to DVD for Mac. Used once for a project and no longer needed. Device is in perfect condition. One small tear on the packaging but otherwise like new. Performed great for me, although I found it easier to just use Quicktime instead of the included software. Software CD does ship with the device and the serial # is on the CD sleeve. I'm not entirely sure whether that serial # will still work. I did enter it I think, but I believe it still should. Consider that aspect "as-is" – this is priced to sell. Mac native software works better in my experience anyway. Thanks!
