Pal Road Runner 23 Base/ Rare Radio. Condition is "Used". Have owned this  radio for a long time. Every thing works as it should. It has 2 small buttons missing on the anl  and pa . Picture shows this. Little buttons missing , has no effect in the use of this radio .This is a rare radio. Has original 4 pin Pal mic. Would make a nice addition to your collection. Great condition, Transmit and receive both work as they should. Not scratched and beat up in any way. Has  AC cord, also has 12 volt  connection.
