Pair of Royal Worcester Cobalt & Multi Color Aesthetic Saucers Circa 1878
Beautiful pair of porcelain bone china saucer. Aesthetic period pattern with a combination of brightly hand colored geometric shapes and natural leaves and flowers along with a large circle of cobalt blue and gold gilt floral decoration. With gold gilt highlights to the ring handle. The saucer has an impressed Worcester mark. Also marked with a blue Royal Worcester mark used between 1876 and 1891, with the date code N for 1878 below.
Has crazing typical of bone china and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
Each saucer measures approximately 5 3/4 inches wide.
These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the pieces.
