MAKE ME AN OFFER!
This is new-old-stock, made some years back for Orvis by a company called Fishing For Ideas. It measures about 14-1/2 inches wide and 15-1/2 inches top to bottom. It has adjustable neck and chest/waist straps. Designed to keep your shirt clean and your tools/supplies handy.
The top 2 pockets are about 3 x 4 inches. Below are 7 narrow pockets for scissors, tweezers, brushes or other narrow tools. The bottom pouch is about 12 x 4 inches. The D rings can be linked with a string to hold spools or other items.
The literature I got with this shows that a bag/pouch could be attached to a Velcro strip on the bottom. This bag/pouch is not included.
At the time of this listing, I also have a tan colored version (not labeled Orvis) available.
