Hand Forged Knife.  The overall length of the knife is 10-1/2", the blade is 5-5/8".  The handle is leather stacked with a white micarta spacer.  It has been hand filed - no machines.  The knife has a brass guard and a steel butt cap.  A hand sewn, stamped leather sheath is included.
The knife listed is hand forged by a local knifemaker and is made to be used (as a knife).  The knife is heat treated, tempered and made from high carbon steel.  The knifemaker has sold knives across the United States and Europe with no complaints in workmanship.
Please do not ask questions concerning the process of how the knife was made.  Just like Jake and Bush's Baked Beans - the secrets are not released.
