We designed the Cattleman Damascus Steel Steak Knives to have a classic look that a cattleman or rancher would appreciate. It starts with the full-tang blade and tall height. These features, along with a long rose wood handle make it easy to cut through large pieces of meat. The high carbon content of the steel makes these knives incredibly sharp and easy to sharpen. Your dinner table will stand out with a set of these exquisite steak knives.
This limited edition steak knife comes with a signed and numbered card. We have only made 24 sets of this steak knife and they won’t last long. Each set is sold with four handcrafted steak knives and they come packaged in one of our wood presentation boxes, twine wrapping, and a Forseti Steel stamped seal. This is the perfect gift for the discerning foodie and the person who wants the best.
Please note: Each knife is handmade. There will be some variation in color, steel pattern and overall look. The steak knives you receive will have the same attention to detail and quality as the knives pictured but may differ slightly in appearance.
Care Instructions: 1095 steel is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.

The artists behind the enamoring water-like patterns of folded and pounded steel have all learned their skills and techniques from the generations that worked the metals before them.
In addition to paying tribute to the Damascus practice in technique and appearance, Forseti Steel shows its respect for history's heroes, legends, and characters with their knives' names. The 9", walnut-handled Sentinel, for example, honors the Sentinels who stand guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington.
