Antique Silver Plated Art Nouveau Girls Faces in Flowers Bowl / Vase with Patina
This Art Nouveau silver plated footed small bowl / vase / jardiniere features three girls' faces inside of five-petal flowers
(perhaps Rosaceae),
with leaves at the base.
It is pierced and has tabs at the rim.
It has is a wonderful dark patina.
The bowl looks the same on both sides.
It is numbered 4460 on the bottom but has no maker's mark.   It looks like 'Po' is written in script on the bottom.
The age of this piece is unknown - it is either vintage or antique.   I have not been able to find any similar item.
The theme of flowers with girls' faces is found during the Art Nouveau period.
It measures 4" high and 5 3/4" across.
Very good vintage / antique condition.  There is wear on the inside.   There is a ding on the bottom.
