Warranty Policy:
We stand 100% behind our items and offer an EXTENDED 3 MONTH WARRANTY in which we will cover any malfunction that occurs with any working item we sell.
Buyer agrees to pay to ship the computer back to us for repair. If we can fix the item, we will cover the cost of repair, replacement parts, and labor, and we will send it back to you at no charge.
If we are unable to fix or replace it, we will refund you for the entire amount. Impact damage (dropping the item) along with water damage will void this warranty, as will taking the item to a repair shop, or changing any internal components. Please note that serial numbers of all our items and components (motherboards, graphics cards, etc) are recorded and photographed.
Warranty does not cover damage due to accident, modification, overclocking, abuse, or other damage done after receipt of item. Any added software and viruses are not covered. If you have any questions at all, please contact us - we are always available and happy to talk to our customers!
Shipping Policy:
We package our PC cases carefully and with lots of packing material to ensure that they arrive safely. We upload the tracking to your purchase as well on eBay. Note: We only ship in the US to the continental 48 states.
Return Policy:
We offer a hassle free, 30-day return policy for all items. Returns are processed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
