1945 WWII British Aluminum Pack Board, Manpack Heavy Load Packboard Carrier

This is an original WWII British manpack frame with webbing. It has
the shoulder
straps
and it still has
the chest
cross-
strap
. There is an extra strap that I'm
unsure
the use of – see it strapped to the top of the frame oddly. You get to figure that one’s purpose. The board is in very good, used condition
